We guarantee your satisfaction with our product.
Before you decide to return your BioBand(s) - be sure that you have followed the instructions correctly.
The correct position on the wrist and the right amount of adjustable pressure is needed for the band to be effective. And we want to insure that you are getting maximum effectiveness for relief of your nausea.
If you have followed the instructions correctly and are still not satisfied; you can return the band, along with the original packaging, for a refund of the product purchase price to:

If you wish to return an item, you must do so within thirty (30) days of purchase. We will take it back and issue a refund for the price of the item or gladly exchange it for a different size.
You will need to provide the following information:
- A copy of original packing slip or your internet (emailed) sales receipt
- Reason for return
- Replacement or return preference
Make sure the item is in original condition with all packaging materials present. If your item is returned without the original packaging, you will not be entitled to a refund.
We suggest you send your return by delivery confirmation so receipt of shipment can be confirmed.

Allow approximately fifteen (15) days from the time the item is received by us for processing a refund.
Please note that we are unable to process returns for BioBands if they were not purchased directly from BioBands Distributors, Inc.
If you purchased your BioBands through one of our many re-sellers, you must contact that company for a return or a refund.
